  1. Facts need a source. Titles, dates, story placement and edition contents are published only when we can cite them. If we cannot verify something we mark it "unknown" or "not placed" — we do not estimate.
  2. No invented chronology. A chronological order appears only when an author, publisher or a clearly identified reference defines it, and we label who defined it.
  3. No verdicts presented as facts. We do not say a book is skippable or essential. If an author has said a book stands alone, we report that with the source.
  4. Our own words. Descriptions are short, neutral and structural. We do not publish plot summaries, quotations, publisher blurbs or rewrites of other sites.
  5. Conflicts are shown. Where sources disagree we show both and cite each.
  6. One page per series. Different orders and filters are views of the same page, not separate pages. Sub-series get their own page only when readers search for them specifically and they contain enough works.
  7. Independence. No payment affects which series we cover or how orders are shown. Any future advertising is clearly separated from content.
  8. Automation. We use software, including AI tools, to help gather and cross-check data. Nothing is published without a cited source, and automated research is labelled by the source types it relies on.
